Properly written Transportation Safety & Maintenance plans outline all the procedures that your operation follows in 
order to be compliant with Government regulations. A Transportation Safety Plan deals solely with Commercial Vehicles and Drivers. The contents are dictated by Alberta Transportation requirements. It is not to be confused with a Workplace Occupational Health and Safety Plan (OHS) which should be in place in addition to the Transportation Safety Plan as it does not replace the need for a Transportation Safety Plan. These plans are not only mandatory under your Safety Certificate they are an important part of your daily operation.
