Action Plans

Whether due to issues with non compliance or the Government has simply chosen your operation at random, Audits are inevitable. Even with the most stringent preparation and attempts at following the regulations, there may still be areas a Government Auditor may find that do not meet the mandatory requirements.  These findings must be corrected in order to sustain a Satisfactory Rating.  A Government mandated Action Plan is a requirement that may be ordered by Alberta Transportation as the result of a failed Audit or a monitoring status on your Carrier Profile.  This must be presented in a prescribed format and must be sent in to Alberta Transportation Carrier Services. Our knowledgeable staff can assist you in preparing an Action Plan to correct the findings based on the results of your Audit.  We will review your driver and vehicle files and assess your Safety and Maintenance Manuals and assist you in correcting any deficiencies.

Post Audit

If your operation has been through a Government NSC Audit and has deficiencies that must be addressed, our trained staff can assist you in restructuring your driver and vehicle files or rewrite your Safety and Maintenance plans so that they meet the Alberta Regulations. We can also assist you in satisfying any other conditions or requirements imposed upon your operation as a result of an unsatisfactory audit.
